Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item, we fix it, no return needed

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email support@buckleandbark.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind / wrong fit

You get 30 days to try it with your dog. If it is not right, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. It does not have to be unused, that is the point of the guarantee. Please send it back clean and in its original packaging where you still have it. Email support@buckleandbark.com first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and we refund the item price once the return is received and inspected. Please don't ship anything back without emailing us first, or we may not be able to process it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval (your bank may take longer to post it).

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items back soiled, heavily fouled, still wet, or infested. Normal use with your dog is fine and is covered by the 30-day guarantee; give it a wipe or a wash before sending it back.

One-year warranty against defects

For one year from delivery we will replace or refund any item that fails through a manufacturing defect, a seam that opens, a zip that fails, a buckle that breaks, a support plate that cracks in normal use. Email support@buckleandbark.com with your order number and a photo. This covers defects, not wear and tear, chewing, or accidental damage.

Order changes / cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email support@buckleandbark.com as soon as possible. We ship fast (3 to 8 business days), so once an order is with the supplier we may not be able to stop it, but we'll always try.
