Shipping policy

• Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order, the cost is already included in the price, so there are no surprises at checkout.
• Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery time. Orders ship from a US warehouse and typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days after processing.
• Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't updated after a few days, email support@buckleandbark.com, sometimes tracking lags a day or two behind the package.
• Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
• Delays. Rarely, carrier or warehouse delays happen. If your order is taking longer than 8 business days, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.
